Thomson, Corder & Co. is a General Contractor with the ability to self perform or subcontract project activities to meet the owners needs.  Our in house capabilities include all aspects of civil sitework construction, including underground utilities and our experience in project management, scheduling, and construction management allow us to successful complete even the most challenging projects on budget and on time.

 

We employ only highly skilled professionals in our organization and it shows in our quality of work and manner in which we perform our work.  Our core clients include major industrial facilities, commercial developers, residential developers and the public sector.

PROJECT EXECUTION:

The professional staff at TCC will work closely with our clients’ teams to generate scopes, schedules and budgets for their upcoming work. Our estimators have the experience and resources needed to generate budgets, lumps sum quotes or conceptual pricing that may be needed by our clients. Because of our extensive and varied experience we can also offer constructability reviews of projects while they are in the engineering phase before they hit the field potentially saving time and money.

We have the ability to construct and manage turnkey projects and solutions, required for successful execution on a project site.  With a focus on project logistics, communication and cooperation between all project team members, we provide results.
